Our client is an international provider of professional services to clients in the global insurance market. They are now seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic team to work with and support the Board in a position that will be highly visible and will require the Finance Director to develop processes and internal systems to support growth.
Key duties will include;
Take ownership of the budgetary process
Review and improve financial controls and processes
Introduce a weekly cash-flow forecast
Provide commercial and strategic input to the management team
Improve the flow of MI throughout the business
Manage a small finance team
The Finance Director will be the Key interface between the finance department and the operational side of the business. It is a very 'hands on’ role with high visibility in a business which is experiencing rapid growth and will continue to expand. The business has a creative culture, and its employees are energetic and enthusiastic about the space they operate in.
You will be a fully qualified chartered accountant, with aspirations to be part of an entrepreneurial venture in an autonomous, visible role. Ideally you will have experience of Life insurance accounting and be able to demonstrate significant life office experience
