A leading international manufacturing business are seeking to recruit a Financial Controller in a key role within an experienced and hard working finance team.

The position offered on a 12 month initial contract basis will report to the Financial Director and have a broad remit across financial and management accounting as well as managing a small team. Duties will include:

* Balance sheet
* Forecasting
* Internal controls
* Monthly and yearly stat accounts
* KPI's
* Banking and investments
* Monthly management accounts production
* Product and cost reporting
* Supervising a team of five accounts staff

This role offers an active and involved position in the business which has hands on involvement in the financial process but also as part of the senior management team using and interpreting the information for commercial decision making.

The company are keen to attract a qualified accountant either straight from the profession or an experience qualified with a background ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. You will need good team management experience and a broad range of accounting skills. The business are happy to wait for the right candidate with up to 1 months notice.
