We are an HR services business enabled by technology, processes, and domain expertise Delivery Key responsibility: Manages and follows-up on the day-to-day local operations to ensure local service delivery happens as agreed o Manages the scope of the contract and ensures SLAs are met o Provides day-to-day leadership and coaching to Subject Matter Experts o Assists in determining work priorities in accordance with the workload, deadlines and change requests o Measures and follows up on the Subject Matter Experts performance (including analysis of trends and causes) and identifies opportunities for improvements when it comes to timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy and control o Handles complex tickets escalated by the Subject Matter Experts o Monitors Tier 1 service delivery o Acts as a single point of contact with AMO Leads ticket reviews Defines priorities o Approves transports requests to the production system Provides support to the local service delivery manager o Prepares and participates in regular local service delivery meetings with the client o Looks after gaps and needs for improvement and improves services together with local team and Local Service Delivery Manager o Manages operational issues: analyses root causes and remediation Prepares and submits local change request and ensures proper delivery o Assists with change request process, discusses and approves change request o Monitors delivery of change requests o Submits monthly reports on Change Requests and Direct Service Changes for invoicing Prepares the local operational calendars Captures operational local reports o Prepares incident report and analyses root causes and remediation o Prepares local operational statistics and submits them to the local service delivery manager for SLA reporting Works with local service delivery manager to represent operations towards the client and ensures operations delivery according to the contract o Knows local agreements and arrangements o Aligns operations with contract and vice versa. Reviews and improves SOPs. o Knows SAS 70 and (local) compliance agreements. o Performs SAS70 controls monitoring Operational Excellence responsibility: Ensures compliance of delivery with NGA Standards o Guidelines and best practices o Standard processes and operating procedures o Tools, templates and forms Deliverables Sign off Acceptance criteria monitoring Operate: Country operational delivery quality and timeliness according to the contract and SLA

Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty. There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to Northgate's goals and objectives. � Administer and Implement Payroll Ensures data is received in the right format and in time to complete payrolls to agreed deadlines Prioritises and actions daily tasks to be accomplished to meet SLA Completes and owns payroll processing cycle for allocated customers� Provide Customer Service Develops and maintains a good working knowledge of Northgate products and services Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers Considers and escalates any new ideas which add value to the customer Provide Technical Support Checks system accuracy by performing manual calculations to agree system output Recommends and agrees ways in which systems and procedures can be improved to enhance business performance Actions systems updates to ensure implementation Customer Liaison Actions any changes to customer specific Terms and Conditions to ensure accurate payments are made Reviews regular payrolls currently in production to ensure Best Practice processes are adhered to Attends customer meeting's and Service Reviews as and when required Excellent communication skills both written and orally Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines A drive to learn and develop Good technical knowledge of Payroll Systems Proven work record in high volume and diverse Payroll Services PC Literacy - Word and Excel Takes personal responsibility for delivering results
