The main responsibilities of the Senior Accounts Assistant are to:

* Responsible for UK Accounts payable, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, to trial balance level.
* Administration and payment of all GB UK employees expense claims.
* Process hedging payments twice monthly
* Administration of FX confirmations on a daily basis.
* Funds management- Ensure all banks are funds to optimum level.
* Bank administration for all companies. Manage mandates, and internet access
* Calculate partners payment and process

Your accounting experience should include: multi currency accounting; inter-company processes and the production of company accounts. You will be studying towards an accounting qualification ideally ACCA/CIMA, be proactive and hands. You must have at least 3-4 years experience in a similar role.

The Role

The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for accurate group reporting and processing, identifying efficiency improvements and implementing new processes where necessary.

The Finance Reporting Accountant is likely to be part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or fully-qualified AAT with a strong educational background and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot-tables and V-lookups. Any VBA macro programming would be an advantage.
