We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer Advisor where you will be representing a market leader in storage systems. The role will be providing continuous support to customers across the European countries as well as interacting with other European customer support teams in Europe. We are looking for talented individuals capable of managing customer service in any one of the below languages: German , or Hebrew This will be based in an office environment where you will handling customers' enquires over the phone and via emails. This will range from general enquires to technical support. Our client is looking for a candidate that possesses the following qualities: .Fluent in both written and spoken German / Hebrew .Good communication skills in both spoken and written English. . Team player . Excellent computer skills/knowledge or technical support skills are essential .The ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and confident .Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.? .Microsoft/Cisco/NetApp certifications are a plus. .At least one year experience in Storage . Software Developer - .NET, C#, MVC An exciting opportunity has arisen within our parent company STCS Limited for an experienced .NET Developer. STCS is a well established and successful IT services company based in Tyne and Wear, and we are now seeking to strengthen our position within the market by recruiting an additional software developer to work on key contracts. This role is to work as part of an internal project team, delivering development and support services to a major Government Agency client. The main focus of the role will be a recently developed portal environment that facilitates stakeholder interaction and future projects will include further development of the portal itself and the development and integration of additional services.
