Our clients are an independent, specialist company focused on all aspects of building systems and process controls integration houses. They are looking to recruit a reward focussed Sales Engineer with experience of the BMS and Controls industry. Applicants will be required to demonstrate a proven sales track record and be comfortable with the following duties:
Prospecting and cold calling clients.
Value added sales to existing clients.
Negotiating on BMS/Controls systems, supply and maintenance.
Sales of specialist industry products.
Presentations and contractual closure.
Liaison with clients, managing agents, consultants, estate managers, facilities managers and possibly architects etc.

Estates – Property Accountant – Our Client is an established and successful owner, investor and estate manager of residential blocks and prides themselves of quality and transparency. As a result of recent restructuring and reorganisation, they now require a Property Accountant to focus on estate management. The Role will broadly entail:
* Preparing all aspects of accounts and financial reporting for a specified portfolio of properties.
* Raising tenant service charge and rental demands on a quarterly/half yearly basis as per the lease.
* Raising one-off tenant demands as and when required.
* Reconciling Bank accounts on a monthly basis.
* Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets and on a quarterly and year end basis.
* Quarterly payments of ground rent, insurance, etc. to landlords.
* Preparing financial reports and accounts to TB for Clients and answering queries.
* Assisting in tenant queries relating to the service charge budget, insurance and rents.
* Setting up new properties and relevant data.
The Person: To be considered, you will have strong technical accounting experience coupled with solid analytical and problem solving skills and be a team player with excellent customer facing and communication skills. This will be combined with property industry experience and ideally knowledge of a property system - APB, Yardi, Qube or similar.

My client is an established Property and Estate Management Consultancy in London and they are looking to recruit an articulate and knowledgeable Estate Accountant to join their team.
As a small (20 people), privately owned business, they place a great emphasis on customer service and providing their clients with a valuable service that helps them increase the financial health of the assets.
As such, they are looking for an Estate Accountant that enjoys a hands – on type of role, where he / she will be exposed to a more commercial facet of the business.
