Our client is a private healthcare provider with a passion for healthy transformation. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Community Health Engagement Officer to join their team.
The majority of the work will be carried out in Tameside and Glossop and you will be working 2 days per week.
The Role
Our client has been commissioned by the NHS to deliver an innovative Weight Management Service across Tameside and Glossop. The Community Health Engagement Officer will be required to build strong and positive relationships with a wide range of differing stakeholder groups (e.g. NHS commissioners, GPs, practice managers, practice nurses, hospital consultants, patients, carers, voluntary sector etc.) to generate referrals into the service.
As a key member of the team you would be responsible for:
* Leading in all aspects of stakeholder engagement
* Working proactively, reactively and to a clear brief
* Communications and marketing under the guidance of the Company's Marketing Lead
The Person
The role of Community Health Engagement Officer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate with a proven record in stakeholder engagement to join our expanding team. A background in healthcare would be an advantage but is not essential. For the right applicant, there may be continuing wider opportunities within the Company.

Job Purpose
In the role of Finance / Production Analyst you will managing the production costs for the site, including all raw components used in the manufacture of finished goods, including packaging and raw milk to incorporate:
* The provision and maintenance of financial information relating to the site cost of sales - using Oracle OPM
* Highlighting areas of wastage on the site and offer potential solutions
* Engaging with other members of the site to investigate/implement and measure cost savings initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities
As Finance / Production Analyst you will:
* Compare raw milk quantities physically received vs Oracle
* Raw Milk Tanker cycle count
* Poly bottles cycle count
* Process cycle count
* Milk Mass balance - work out the milk wastage for a specific day
* Waste map - provide a dashboard to give a perspective of various measures over a weekly time period based on value.
* Oracle system maintenance - including batch maintenance, Cycle count corrections and other ad hoc system changes e.g. setting up new users, and providing access to certain elements of Oracle.
* Closing batches from the previous week to enable accurate capture of production volumes.
* Analyse the Milk Butterfat % - and understand the impact of seasonality
* Packaging Cycle Counts (including caps & labels) - investigating the variances and requesting recounts where deemed necessary.
Knowledge & Experience required
In the role of Finance / Production Analyst you will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Advanced Excel & Visual Basic (preferable)
