Excellent opportunity to join an independent and reputable Building & Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultancy practice.
Due to an expanding workload, we have an opportunity for an additional surveyor to join our busy projects team.
You will need literacy and AutoCAD proficiency as you will be managing your projects from start to finish.
Good building surveying knowledge including party wall, CDM Co-Ordination, and preferably Homebuyer Surveys will be important as are strong contract admin skills a good grasp of the financials behind planning/lifecycle costing and to be good with excel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing diverse and dynamic practice.
RICS qualification preferred but not essential, training towards qualification in place.
