What We're Looking For

With this continued growth in mind, they now have an exciting opportunity for a full time Sales Co-ordinator to join their Sales Team based in Coventry, to provide an excellent customer service to both new and established customers.
Processing and chasing our customers’ orders to include vetting and printing paperwork, you will liaise with customers’ factories to ensure that delivery dates can be achieved in line with production capacity and logistics. Arrange delivery of our product ensuring that the sites are able and ready to take delivery. Responsible for both purchase and sales invoices, including credit control and resolving customer queries. Including pricing and complaints you will ensure these all receive a satisfactory conclusion, in line with company pricing and procedures.
It is essential that candidates will have previous administration experience ideally within a customer contact environment. Computer literate, with fast and accurate data inputting skills, you will have the ability to learn technical information; experience of working with SAP would be an advantage however is not essential. Above all, you will have a flexible approach, and have a positive attitude with the drive to succeed.
