My retained client is a well established, private equity backed, service business.
Having experienced double digit growth in recent years and a with a view to a medium term exit , the business represents an outstanding opportunity for a talented finance professional.
In addition to the traditional responsibilities of financial management and control, as a key member of a small leadership team, you will build direct relationships with external partners and seek commercial improvements to drive business profitability.
Appropriate candidates will possess strong technical skills and specific experience in project costing, margin analysis and cash management. You will have managed significant change programmes and be seen as an inspirational motivator and leader.
It is likely that you will service sector experience, ideally B2C, but more importantly a passion for quality and service.
A degree of " home working " may be considered after a period of time.
