The interaction with the wider business necessitates that excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential.

The role:
Day to day management of Finance function; Running month end close and reporting process; Managing cash-flows; ensuring invoice processing is up to date; Monitoring and reporting on results vs. forecast and budget; Ensuring all statutory returns are submitted on time.
Key tasks:
Overseeing AR function
Overseeing AP function including approval of AP payments
Overseeing Inter-co accounts
Overseeing Fixed Asset register
Overseeing GL transactions
Monitoring Inventory levels
Continuous tracking of revenue vs. forecast
Cash-flow management and forecasting
Month end close activities and reporting
Monitoring and reporting on department spend levels
Preparing Budgets and forecasts
Ensuring statutory returns are submitted on time
Oversee T&E Expense processing and compliance with Company Travel Policy
Arrange bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit & Performance Bonds;
Review and approve monthly payroll processing
Liaise with professional advisors
Various Ad Hoc Requests from Director of Finance
