The role of Finance Manager - Treasury will assist the Head of Treasury and manage the day to day operations of the treasury department, including cash flow management and investments ensuring the department provides a quality and timely service which meets the needs of the Group.
• Manage the Groups £0.5bn loan facilities ensuring compliance with all payment, reporting requirements and financial covenants.
• Provide security to funders in a timely and effective manner and manage the relationship with external partners (valuers and solicitors)
• Review and continuously improve Treasury processes and systems to ensure adequate systems are in place for management of the Treasury function (i.e. for monitoring security, central loan register) and recommend changes when warranted.
• Review financial covenant calculations for the Group
• Ensure the timely management and payment of interest on all Group loans.
• Drawdown funds under the loan facilities in a timely manner and in accordance with loan documentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Groups funders to ensure provision of excellent service and open good channels of communication.
• Supervise and continuously improve cashflow reporting and forecasting for all members of the Group and advise the Head of Treasury of their accuracy and any implications for the liquidity of the Group.
• Report on material movements to forecasts
• Maintain systems to monitor the credit rating of investment institutions and counterparty exposure limits to ensure all investments comply with the Treasury Strategy.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with investment institutions to maximise returns.
• Using cashflow forecast to identify and recommend to the Head of Treasury when investments are to be placed
• Monitoring of these investments, currently c£70m
• Delivery of banking arrangements
It is essential you are qualified ACA/ACCA / CIMA / ACT and have proven experience in a similar role and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience of the housing sector would be desirable.
It is essential you are a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven experience of long term planning and capital appraisal and excellent excel and modelling skills. Knowledge of BRIXX or Cognos would be an advantage

Overview
My client is a large Facilities Management provider and they are now seeking an mechanically biased multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site in the Warrington area, this is a permanent role, salary £27,100.00 pa plus shift allowance. Rotating shifts are 1 week on days 8.00am - 4.00pm and then 1 week on 4.00pm - midnight.
Main Duties and responsibilities
This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:
• Undertaking PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• All boiler plant works and associated mechanical maintenance with this role to be carried out in accordance with current regulations.
• Complete all paperwork as necessary for the purposes of notifying works carried out to ensure work can be successfully invoiced.
• To provide detailed quotations for the replacement‚ repair or new installation of any works requested.
• To provide gas advice when requested.
• Monitoring and quality control of maintenance works.
• Assisting and advising during the design and implementation stages of works.
• Supervision of accepted tender works.
• Promoting a safe working environment; ensuring company H&S procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Meeting various contractors on site with regard to works.
• Assist with the delivery of the clients objectives in line with ‘Employer of Choice’ status
• May be required to work within an ‘On-Call @ rota for out of hours work
Qualifications and expertise
• IT literate in all Microsoft applications
• Proven minimum 5yrs experience of working within FM, construction or engineering environment.
• be able to cope well under pressure.
• Heating Engineer (Commercial ACS) or Building services mechanical qualification
• HVAC experience
• Pipefitting - copper and steel works
• IPAF PASMA (preferred)
• Desirable - AC Experience - F-Gas
Must haves
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads
• Ability to work effectively and ensure operational service delivery requirements are achieved
• Good communication, planning and customer service skills are also a must.
• Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility
• Must be self motivating and be able to motivate others.
