Facilities Finance have a vacancy for an Accounts Officer to help support the Department of Facilities in three key areas:

Financial operations - Provide financial operational support to output directorates Accommodation & Logistics, Parliamentary Estates, and Catering Services.
Planning and Reporting - Lead the Department’s financial planning to ensure there are sufficient resources to deliver Departmental objectives and provide financial information.
Governance - Ensure that the Department complies with the Commons Resource Framework and Lords finance procedures, developing and updating financial procedures.

You are required to have experience of working in an accounting or administration background, preferably within a Food and Beverage Operation.

The successful candidate will have effective written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and be IT literate, with some experience of using spreadsheets and a good degree of numeracy.

You will have the ability to work as part of a team, good organisational skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and adaptability and able to work effectively in a pressurised environment.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to investigate and resolve queries, challenge existing practices and procedures and be able to work on your own initiative.

Our client has a vacancy in Engineering for a Lecturer with the responsibilities and duties associated with the role.
The person appointed needs to be both passionate and enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with our current and future engineering students but also keen to want to make a difference.

We are looking for the successful candidate to be experienced in teaching with excellent, current subject knowledge related to the engineering sector, specifically with knowledge in areas such as electronics and related maths, PLC’s, electronic fault finding, analogue & digital circuit design and test .

Experience in teaching students of school age (14-16), having the ability to cater for students who are in need of support with learning and social needs would be an advantage.

Key Duties:

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum of level 3 qualification in Engineering
• Teacher training qualifications Certificate in Education/DTLLS, A units, V units or willing to gain within two years of appointment
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and other bespoke packages. Have the ability to set up various monitoring reports using IT applications.
• Recent industrial experience in a machining environment using latest technologies with an understanding of the skills required for more traditional machining methods.
• Have experience of working and a positive, flexible manner.
• Have a good recent experience of contributing towards positive change in your environment
• Have experience of openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues
• Have an understanding and be able to demonstrate a commitment to Safeguarding
• Have an understanding and be able to demonstrate a commitment to Equal Opportunities and Diversity


Hours: 37 hours per week.

My client are currently looking for a class teacher for Maternity Cover to start ASAP and run through to the end of the academic year in the first instance. The successful candidate will provide an integrated subject base to a year 8 class with a broad range of SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD and Downs Syndrome. The new staff member is an integral part of the staff team contributing to the schools continued success in enabling all our pupils to achieve their potential.

You will be responsible for 8 children within a KS3 class, the successful teacher will teach a range of subjects across the curriculum. The class are working at different academic levels so the teacher will have to produce plans and lessons to accommodate this. The school is based in West London on the central line, with a short walk from the closest tube station.

Within the school are a team of extraordinarily talented SEN professionals with an astonishing range of expertise and specialism. The scope to learn and progress within the SEN arena with access to such a wealth of knowledge is quite exceptional.
