This is a superb job for a commercial accountant seeking a development opportunity in financial services. The job requires direct contact with the business while simultaneously supporting the development of the finance Net Present Value model, ensuring commercial and audit requirements are met. As well as evaluating new product developments, tactical offers, product/channel performance and investment opportunities, you will be responsible for delivering the acquisition driver forecast. Through challenging and supporting the business, you will strive to ensure the attainment of financial goals through the provision of performance insight.
The day-to-day remit is varied and fast-paced, combining financial analysis/modelling and strategic development. Applying Best Practice throughout, you will be required to prepare and develop profitability modelling for the key Heads of the business, providing insight in supporting the NPV model development. With regard to investments, there is the opportunity to identify strong and weak market performers and support any new investment optimisation decisions, before adopting a rigourous post-investment appraisal structure to deliver optimal profitability. In addition to managing the delivery of the five-year finance forecast, the role will call on the assurance of synergy between Financial Planning, Risk and Brand heads, communicating and mitigating risks against budget.
Building and maintaining these key commercial relationships will be essential, and as such an adaptive, innovative candidate with excellent communication skills would suit the role. A background and keen interest in financial services are important, as well as recognised accountancy qualifications. The successful candidate will have the necessary diversity in commercial and analytical skill to provide the perfect finance-business liaison.

The hours of work are: 11:30am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday AND 10am - 4pm (1 in every 4 Saturdays).
You will be contacting existing customers, providing them with the best service, and cross selling an additional service which they supply. You will also be required to contact non-existing customers to promote the brand and sell the package with a look to gain their business.
A proven track record of success within a sales based environment is desirable as is relevant experience in a telephony environment.

Position: Showroom Sales Manager
Location: Cardiff South, CF10 4SF
Salary: £18-£21k plus monthly bonus scheme and benefits
ROLE:
As a well presented, credible and professional Showroom Sales Manager you will be required to achieve and exceed sales targets in the bathroom showroom by providing an excellent service to both trade and retail customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Maintain high showroom standards and ensure all customers receive excellent service. It is important that the Showroom Sales Manager has a high regard for both the customer and the sale.
b) Create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business.
c) Build and maintain a robust and regular trade customer base by the frequent use and upkeep of customer information.
d) Provide a first class bathroom design service, with close attention to detail. e) Take total ownership of all enquiries/orders and ensure that all quotations, when raised, are followed-up.
f) Ensure all deliveries are made to the customer in a timely fashion and are complete and correct.
g) Assume ownership of dealing with customer issues to resolution.
h) Management responsibility for the bathroom showroom including; Health and Safety, sales, margins, merchandise, promotion, discounts and housekeeping.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Excellent Customer Service, listening and questioning skills.
b) Close attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
c) Confident, self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic.
d) Ability to work as a member of a team.
e) Enjoys working with targets.
f) Well presented, credible and professional.
g) Instills trust and confidence.
DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) GCSE, NVQ (or equivalent standard).
b) Previous experience of working in a sales environment, or sold or assisted customers with purchases.
c) PC literate.
d) Good negotiation skills.
e) Basic knowledge of bathrooms, plumbing or heating.
f) Ability to interpret basic financial/statistical information.
