SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES NEEDED BY THE QUALITY MANAGER:

- Likely to have an HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering related discipline.
- Good understanding of quality tools with knowledge of AS 9100 an advantage.
- Successful track record of managing a QA team.
- Familiarity with component manufacture in a precision machining environment.
- Experience in a quality role within aerospace or automotive or another high-tech industry aiming for world-class standards.

It is envisaged that the salary will be in the range £40k to £50k entirely dependent on experience. The agreement of terms is unlikely to be an obstacle in securing the right candidate. We are searching for an Engineer to provide first and second level support.
