This role will be predominantly office based but will require regular client visits, so candidates will need to have a driving licence and their own transport.

Experience of working on customer sites and in pre-sales and post-sales environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and supporting the company’s Managed Services customers with the support team (Post Sales)
• Assist in the delivery of Pre-Sales Remote Demonstrations to customers (Webex)
• Maintaining Internal Demonstration systems
• Maintaining Internal Documentation
• Delivering security technology showcase sessions to customers
• Assisting sales team in answering tenders (technical aspects)
• Assist in the design and scoping of certain projects/deals

You must be comfortable presenting to customers (both remotely and face to face), have strong communication skills and a good telephone manner as this role involves a high level of client interaction.

You must also have experience of working in support roles or presales technical roles/implementations (preferably both).
