Host selected customers when they visit for technical review or debugging sessions
Monitor the pipeline to ensure technical support is focused on the right customers
Contribute to the delivery of technical training
Develop exciting new consumer products

 There will be the opportunity to travel for on-sight customer support and training

We are searching for an Engineer with the following profile:

Good and relevant degree or equivalent
A very high standard of written and verbal technical communication
Excellent organisation skills
Expertise in hardware or software development, debug and test relating to embedded and/or consumer electronics products
Experience of developing and / or supporting wireless communications devices
Ability to own problems and take fixes to conclusion
Ability to make decisions with limited supervision, and where no obvious process is available
A good team player, able to easily form relationships within the team, with other divisions of the company and with external customers and partners
Proven record in delivering customer-facing support, both on-site and remotely via email and telephone would be a plus
Appreciation of the commercial issues surrounding the provision of support
Programming interest will be a plus

NOC Engineer, Cambridge

We are searching for an Engineer to provide first and second level support.

The role will include but not be limited to:

Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems and manage problem resolution (using Trouble‐Tickets).
