We are currently seeking a qualified Science teacher for a school based in Braintree, Essex. This position is due to start in September and will run until Christmas. It's a full time position, teaching KS3 and KS4. My client is a larger than average mixed, comprehensive school for students aged between 11 and 16. They have Science and Mathematics as specialist subjects and received a 'Good' on their last OFSTED inspection. You will need: . Sound knowledge of teaching subject and the ability to teach KS3 and KS4 - An interest in professional development - The ability to communicate with adults and children - To be able to encourage and be sympathetic where appropriate to pupils - The ability to work under direction from HOD/Pastoral Head - The ability to work effectively within a team - Good organisation skills contributing positively to departmental and school improvement - Ability to use own initiative - Ability to work under pressure, to be flexible and responsive - Be able to maintain a sense of humour when everyone else has lost theirs! Our client is a Groundwork and Civil engineering company in the Essex. They are lookin for a relaible, hardworking, enthusiastic and degree educated Quantity Surveyor who also has some experience in Estimating. It's not common but a mixture of the two would be ideal. We are looking for somebody who can fit in the team and be flexible.
They are looking for somebody from a commercial and groundwork background.
