Due to expansion a Customer Account Manager is required to work with companies mid market customers focusing on their ERP, distribution and warehouse solutions. You will be a proactive sales professional able to work effectively under pressure and with enthusiasm, determination, stamina, resilience and patience.

As a Customer Account Manager your duties will include:
• Managing the customer base through professional account management
• Meeting revenue targets
• Forecasting product requirements and business potential as accurately as possible
• Maximizing customer penetration
• Developing strong relationships with direct customers and named key accounts.
• Implementing sales strategy and various sales promotions in the market


The ideal Customer Account Manager will have the following skills and experiences:
• Must have previous experience within a dynamic software sales team
• Excellent understanding of commercial business processes
• An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
• Excellent understanding and ability in following a structured sales process
• Awareness of current trends in IT, specifically in the ERP arena


In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 plus £35,000, car and benefits

They are now looking to recruit a Water Treatment Chemist to join their South East team covering projects in the Home Counties and London.

Key responsibilities for the Water Treatment Chemist will include:
Undertake routine water inspections, sampling and testing works
Undertake analysis of Boilers, Closed Systems and Cooling Towers
Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices at all times
Regular liaison with clients
Attend training courses as and when necessary to ensure personal management and keep your technical knowledge up to date Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Liaise with specialist subcontracts as and when required
Achievement of tasks within SLA times and work orders opened and closed in real time - ensuring that you notify the Helpdesk team of completion of allocated tasks, parts required etc

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of the Water Treatment Industry:
Experience in the HEVAC water treatment market place
Good knowledge of legionella legislation and control processes
