A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a top 20 firm for an Audit Senior to join their office in Bedfordshire. Working with a mixed client base, this is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Audit Senior who is looking to grow their experience within a top 20 firm. You will be leading teams on audits providing training and guidance to the more junior members of the team. On some jobs you will report your findings directly to the partner.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on site delivery and supervision of audit assignments for the firm’s enviable client base
* Ensure clients receive a service which exceeds expectations
* Responsible for completing the audits from the planning stage right through to the final client meeting
* Review and calculate more complex areas of accounts
* Produce high quality work, keeping within budget and timescales
* Support the junior members of staff and deliver on the job training where necessary
Requirements:

Our client, based in Bedford, is an engineering organisation focused on the build, installation and commissioning of fluid processing systems. They target (but do not limit themselves) to the water & utilities sectors.
They currently require a Junior Project Manager to assist their existing Project Management functions. This role would ideally suit someone looking to develop a career within engineering project management.
Ideal applicants would include recent engineering or construction graduates looking to secure that first position, or site team leaders and/or supervisors looking to step up in to project management.
Duties will initially be to learn the business and assist existing project managers in their day to day duties. The company is looking to hire people on a contract basis initially, then offer permanent positions following a 3 month contract. Previous exposure to Solidworks is also essential. Ideally with previous experience designing fluid / water processing, utilities or structures. However, exposure gained during your education would also be considered.
These positions offer an excellent opportunity for the right people as the client is looking to invest in your ongoing training. They have a 2 year project management training course, which they would expect you to develop along once you become a permanent member of staff, following your 3 month probation.

They are now seeking to invest further in their business through adding members to our Maintenance/Commissioning team.
The successful candidate for the Mechanical Maintenance role will be required for Anaerobic Digestion and CHP maintenance and commissioning. You will be required to fault, find and repair mechanical equipment and work with a Process Technician to complete planned maintenance/servicing of AD plants, as well as attend emergency call outs.
You’ll need the following:
• A suitable qualification (HNC/HND preferred)
• An understanding of safe systems of work and act in a responsible manner. The role may involve occasional lone-working.
• Ability to problem solve
• Flexibility to work on-call hours
• Full valid driving licence (eligible to drive legally in the UK)
• Knowledge of pumping systems and process instrumentation
• A background in Water/Oil/Gas industries is highly desirable
• Willingness to learn and be trained on CHP maintenance, potentially in Germany
• Knowledge of CHP and AD an advantage.
