The team requires a Senior Application Support Analyst to work in global markets and bolster their Murex (3.1) system and Commodities product expertise. They're responsible for the stability of production environments ensuring high availability of all applications and related interfaces. A predominantly business (traders) facing role, you'll leverage highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to be successful. This is a highly Front Office user (traders) focused role requiring a solid understanding of front to back trade flow, OMS (Order Management Systems) as a whole and of course specifically the Murex (3.1) system. In addition to your Murex knowledge you'll need to be comfortable working on a predominantly Linux platform and utilize Shell (BASH) and SQL Scripting skills for log file analysis and DB querying. Requirements of the role: Demonstrated excellent knowledge of the Murex product (3.1). Strong understanding of financial markets, specifically Commodities products (Precious Metals, Oil, Gas). Good understanding of front-to-back trade flow (pricing, trade capture, execution, order management, risk/P&L reporting and settlement). Good UNIX/Linux Shell (BASH) and SQL Scripting skills.
