My client Primary School, rated “outstanding” by Ofsted in 2010, is looking to appoint 2 Primary NQTs, one in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2. The parallel teachers that you will be working alongside are highly qualified and have experience in mentoring NQTs to an “outstanding” level of teaching.

The Primary School follows a creative curriculum which is underpinned by a strong focus on literacy and numeracy backed up by TA run focus groups.

Competition for NQT roles is fierce so you will must have been graded “good” or “outstanding” in your classroom observations through your PGCE placements and will be determined to continually hone your skills as an excellent classroom practitioner over the induction year and beyond.

The Primary School is an over-subscribed 4 form entry school in Ashford. It has a diverse ethnic mix and is inclusive in its nature. The School only opened in 2004 but it has matured into one of the most popular schools in the area. The school is easy to reach from the M20 and has reserved underground parking.

So if you are an “outstanding” NQT wanting to lay down the foundations for a fulfilling career in Primary School Teaching, then please send your CV to John at Edustaff today
