RESPONSIBILITIES:

Producing quotations for offshore work, liaising with customers, ordering materials, organising and supervising projects.
Scheduling new and ongoing offshore work as required.
Supervision of offshore workers.
Provision of electrical support for offshore workers
Provision of technical support specifically around condition monitoring
Development of project work
Development of working procedures in support of client requirements

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates will have served a recognised electrical apprenticeship
Full UK or Equivalent recognised Driving Licence

Ideally, you will be Certified to work on and have knowledge of equipment suitable for application in hazardous area locations ie.CompEx Certificate or equivalent

TECHNICAL SKILLS

You will be able to provide technical support with regards to offshore Condition Monitoring

Your interpersonal and communication skills will be of the highest calibre
Proven Project Management skills in a similar field
MS Office skills, including MS Project

Fault finding and trouble shooting on equipment for hazardous area locations.
Installation, repair and testing of equipment suitable for application in hazardous area locations to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Installation, repair and testing of onshore electrical installations and equipment to ensure compliance with BS7671:1992 (17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

You will be 17th edition qualified
Must have served a recognised electrical apprenticeship
Certified to work to BS7671:1992 (17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations)
CompEx certification is an advantage, however not essential

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

A proven track record within an industrial, electrical maintenance background, ideally within oil and gas.

You must also have previous commercial, client facing experience.
Knowledge and experience of Ex equipment for hazardous areas is required

Please note that this role is a purely an onshore role and does not include offshore work
