This award winning global media and communications agency is looking to take on an International Business Director to
work on 2 prestigious client accounts. To be considered for this role, you'll be someone with great client management
skills who is also able to deliver strategic thinking from a global perspective but at the same time be able to support
the team as needed; a strong team player is essential. You'll also be able to lead conversations around the socialisation
of content including high level digital, content creation and distribution strategies. As Business Director, you'll lead
a team of 7 and will make yourself available to mentor more junior staff.

You'll be a great operator with senior clients and senior network contacts and have strong organization and delegation
skills. You'll need to be able to take control, and run the business whilst keeping the International Director up to date
with issues that may need more senior involvement.

You'll be working across 2 clients, a large focus of the role will involve strategic implementation and product quality
control as well as resolving any issues across 20+ European markets so strong project management skills are essential.


Key Requirements:
* 10+ years experience in media strategy with focus on international
* Some experience within a media agency environment
* Strong relationship builder with senior level clients
