Personal Injury Paralegal

A driven and ambitious Personal Injury Paralegel is sought to undertake a mixed caseload of Employer Liability and Public Liability claims from instruction to settlement. Applications are invited from Paralegals or Fee Earners with previous experience in the EL and PL area of claimant personal injury.

You will be working for a long established and successful regional solicitors with offices in West Yorkshire. Based out of their busy Huddersfield office, you will be part of a friendly and successful personal injury team.

Day to day you will have the autonomy to deal with your own caseload of both employers liability and public liability personal injury claims. You will be thorough in your approach and be capable of managing the claims process with minimal supervision. Previous Paralegal or Fee Earning experience is essential, as is the ability to use case management systems.
