If you believe you are a good to outstanding KS2 Teacher then you need to apply today.. Our client Primary School located
in North West London is looking to appoint an experienced Teacher for a Year 3 Class.

Located in North West London the school serves a local community of working class families with a small proportion of
children who have additional needs including EAL and Special Needs.

Based in a large and well laid out school with a substantial budget to improve, the Headteacher has big plans to improve
the school in the near future. Already established is an exciting new, free flow Foundation Stage Unit, excellent
equipment in the playground including a newly laid soft surface area, an excellent ICT Suite with Wireless throughout the
school, a new library that has just had 10,000 pounds spent on new books and resources and an experienced Librarian,
plus the school are in the final stages of securing an agreement from the LEA for a new dining hall which will be able to
facilitate the needs of over 500 pupils and will also act as the schools assembly hall for school productions.

For the right candidate the Headteacher is also looking to invest heavily, he is looking for potential future leaders and
is willing to support you through numerous CPD courses and highly promotes aspiring ASTs! Since taking over as the
Headteacher my client has set goals which he believes are achievable within the next 2-3 years and he is looking for an
outstanding teacher to come and join him. This is an exciting time for the school, with an ambitious but not demanding,
headteacher this is going to become an excellent school, not only for children to learn but also for Teachers to grow.
With a 3 year plan already in place all policies and procedures have already been put in place and are successfully being
utilised. Ofsted have already stated that 'Behaviour' is 'Good' throughout the school and that standards, since the new
leader has been installed have improved significantly and that the school has 'Outstanding' Capacity to Improve under new
leadership!

The Head is now looking for a Year3 Class Teacher to join them in September 2012! With no more than 25 pupils in your
class from September plus an experienced graduate Teaching Assistant you will become an integral part of these children's
lives, you will be expected to continue building on the foundations that have already been implemented within the class
and with your own unique, fresh and enthusiastic approach you will be instrumental in raising your students achievements
in every area.

Because this school is located in Outer London the Headteacher is offering an excellent salary package, including an R&R
point, and for those wishing to take on extra responsibilities a hefty TLR.

The headteacher has stated that he would prefer an experienced Teacher but will consider a Newly Qualified Teacher as
long as the Head can see you have the potential to be outstanding.

Interviews are being held IMMEDIATELY and will consist of a formal interview with the Senior Leadership team and lesson
observation for half an hour in Literacy or Numeracy (Details of class and topic to be confirmed).
