SRGEurope are currently recruiting an Outbound Call Centre Manager for a leading global Online Gaming provider based in
Gibraltar. This job for Outbound Call Centre Manager is ideal for a proven sales professional that has experience leading
a team of call centre advisors. The industry of Online Gaming is in a state of constant growth and this business has been
at the forefront of growth. This opportunity will be an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who has the
drive to grow professionally within the industry.
Outbound Call Centre Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage and co-ordinate outbound projects and resources
* Line Management of a small team of direct reports
* To deliver excellence in performance through, performance management, training, coaching and inspirational leadership
* Produce accurate reports demonstrating the success rate of campaigns
* Plan and review staffing levels and rotas
* Ensure all staff reviews are carried out on time
* Produce and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and implements changes
* Recruitment and development of the team
* Ensure regulatory requirements are met
* Organising and implementing outbound call campaigns for both sales and regulatory issues
* Quality management of all outbound calls to ensure that the calls delivered are of the highest standard
* Organise new recruits training and on going staff development
Outbound Call Manager Profile:
* Self motivated and goal driven
* Able to work entirely on their own initiative
* Strong Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions
* Strong communicator across all levels with good interpersonal skills
* Management experience within a similar role
* Excellent time management, administrative and multi-tasking skills
* Have a broad knowledge of all Online Gaming products
* Must be sales focussed and results driven
