Our client is an expanding asbestos company and has a reputation for providing professional asbestos services to a wide portfolio of clients.

Due to expansion in workload, they are currently looking for an Asbestos Lab Manager work for them in Hampshire.

The applicant must hold the Asbestos P401 certificate and must have experience working within a similar role in a laboratory environment and within the asbestos industry.


Manage and train laboratory staff.

Provide clients with expert advice on asbestos related matters - client development

Responsible for all aspects of the laboratory profit and loss accounts.

Undertake asbestos bulk analysis and generate certificates as and when required.

Responsible for all quality and UKAS aspects for the bulk analysis laboratory - Auditing.

Responsible for invoicing and accounts.

In general, you will be flexible, have good communication skills, be well versed with the UKAS accreditation, have good client-facing skills and have the ability to work independently and move forward.
