The Role:

Foreman - various levels available subject to experience

Salary and Benefits:

The Client:

Our client is a leading regional construction contractor providing civil engineering and building services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working as a Foreman, you will typically reporting through the on-site management team to a Project Manager:


* To assist in the daily planning of the works.



* To assist in short term programme and carry out on site in terms of plant and labour.



* To supervise labour (direct and sub-contract), monitor quality and progress on relevant sections of the works.



* To liaise with engineers on requirements for materials and to be aware of the specification, materials and method of
construction.



* To exercise basic commercial awareness in terms of economic working / reimbursement, identifying and recording
instructions / variations.



* To be seen to take a lead in safety on site ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with
company procedures, carrying out safety inspections, ensuring compliance with method statements, participating in
preparation of method statements of direct works.




Candidate Requirements:

Ideally you will be working as a Foreman and live in the Humber , Lincolnshire or Yorkshire area.

You will have good construction, building or civil engineering experience and ideally have Foreman and site experience.

Appointments can be offered at a number of seniority levels to reflect individual experience.
