The SEO Manager is responsible for further developing and improving the Companiesorganic search traffic both in the UK and internationally. SEO has played a very important role in the growth of the business and the SEO Manager will need to maintain growth and ROI from this channel.

Responsibilities also include shopping results on search engines, and managing third party feeds. The SEO Manager will work alongside the PPC Manager and reports to the Head of eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, analysing and reporting on organic and feed channels.
- SEO analysis and optimisation - ongoing monitoring of keyboard positioning and onsite metrics to maximise ranking opportunities.
- Feed analysis and optimisation - ongoing monitoring and improvements of feed and shopping performance to maximise traffic, revenue and ROI.
- Monitoring and driving best practice for Content team to implement SEO in content creation and programming.
- Internal advocate for SEO, educating all internal stakeholders and teams, including Content, IT and Buying teams, on key techniques to improve SEO performance, and work together with these teams to ensure that SEO requirements are factored into all website changes.
- Be the business owner and project manager for SEO initiatives, working with IT and other teams to develop and implement projects.

Key Skills:
- Must be passionate about SEO with 2+ years proven experience
- In-depth technical knowledge of SEO
- Track record of analyzing SEO issues and opportunities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong reporting skills and confident to present to Senior Management
- Ability to be self directed, highly motivated and have fun while working hard in a start-up environment
- Experience of managing external agencies
- Experience in non-UK markets would be an advantage
- Understanding of PPC and its links with SEO
- Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English
