Desktop Support Team Lead - Avaya, ITIL - London - 35/40k
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Team lead who will be responsible for a team of Engineers within a
Windows and Desktop environment. The candidate will have experience with IP Telephony and Avaya systems and come from a
strong ITIL process background.
The Desktop Support Team Lead will need experience with the following:
- Operation of the Windows laptop and desktop platforms
- Operation of the supporting Windows server infrastructure
- IT applications support and backups
- Operation of the office IP Telephony System, basic Avaya config
- Management of mobile phones and blackberry devices
- Management of the underlying power and network infrastructure at office sites
- Liaison with stakeholder within the business
The Desktop Support Team Lead will require the above experience and want to work within a growing organisation. If you
