IP Solicitor, Berkshire - This leading practice continues to go from strength to strength and is now looking to appoint and accomplished IP Solicitor. The successful applicant must have experience in phama/biotech, media/film/TV/radio/music and gaming/entertainment sectors. The team is prepared to consider either patent or general IP lawyers. The candidates should be able to deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters and will have at least 5 years' PQE. A client following would be desirable although not essential. You will be expected to be comfortable with business development and have an extensive network of contacts from which you will be able to gain new business referrals.
