***Good & Outstanding NQT's required!!
Located in the borough of Barnet, my client school is a 'GOOD' 2 form entry Infant school that serves a multicultural and
diverse area of the LEA. A caring and supportive school, the head teacher has worked hard to create a positive ethos
throughout the school. Although a fairly challenging catchment, the staff and head teacher work well together as a valued
and supported team.
The head teacher is keen to appoint an excellent, outgoing and enthusiastic NQT for a reception class this September.
Somebody with a strong academic background, excellent PGCE/GTP feedback and observations and an outgoing and bubbly
personality would be ideal. This role is full-time and permanent position and will be able to fully support your NQT
year!
The school has been rated 'Good' with children making good progress within the early years and year 1 with stimulating
and effective activities both in class and outdoors. There is a good balance of teacher led and children's chosen
activities which provide valuable opportunities to develop their independent learning skills.
A strong and outgoing character is required for this role, to fit with the current school dynamics. Good knowledge and
use of behaviour management strategies are required with a fairly challenging pupil catchment. This is a fantastic
opportunity to work under a very strong foundation stage coordinator and alongside a long standing and supportive early
year's team.
Please apply today, as the head teacher is looking to interview, trial and appoint as soon as possible. Please email your
CV and cover letter to Danny Jillions ASAP. Look forward to hearing from you.
