Your key focus, as our Parts Quality Assurance (PQA) Inspector, is to carry out detailed investigations for supplier related parts concerns on components supplied across the NMUK including Trim and Chassis Assembly, Body Shop and Unit Assembly. Organising and managing daily troubleshooting activities on potential supplier related parts concerns, you'll play a key role as we deliver the next generation of world class motor vehicle.

You'll technically lead investigations on supplied parts, discussing and resolving concerns with Engineering, Design, Production departments and Suppliers. As a PQA Inspector, you'll check parts, represent PQA in internal and supplier meetings, and strive to make consistent, decisive and rational Quality judgments. You will also support the team leader in maintaining and improving standards for safety and GNPP.

With prior experience of Engineering disciplines and a base understanding of drawing and specifications, you'll ideally possess an ONC or equivalent qualification. You'll be fully familiar with standard measurement equipment, investigation/concern analysis techniques and, ideally, have SPC knowledge and experience.
