A great opportunity has arisen within a global company and household brand to support Sales and Market divisions whilst
providing continuous financial support, knowledge and business analysis. Key responsibilities: identifying key trends,
diagnosing root causes of issues through extensive analysis and reporting of financial performance; challenge business
decisions and forecasts of profitability, growth and earnings; influence business decisions and the Business Management
team to optimise efficiency and identify risks and opportunities within the business; provide input to the planning
process working with Business Management team to ensure robust targets are set; generate a segment plan P&L or channel
plan P&L can be developed against the targets set; general financial support on market driven queries to customers or
Finance Managers; work across functions to establish and understand the financial impact of other departmentEURs
doings; drive accountability within the Business Management team for delivery against key financial targets; provide
insightful evaluations where appropriate to capture learnings and feed into future activities to facilitate continuous
improvements. Essential skills/experience: ACA/CIMA/ACCA or QBE relevant financial experience; proven track record within
a similar position; you will need to demonstrate clear judgement when working under pressure and be results orientated to
ensure they are able to drive improvement; you will need to possess sound financial understanding along with critical and
analytical skills; be a strong communicator with the ability to influence senior business decisions.
