This fast growing asbestos consultancy that provides high quality services to a wide portfolio of clients across the UK is presently looking for an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to cover a mixed bag of contracts mainly in the Scotland area.

The successful candidate must possess the P402, P403 and P404 certificates and must have previous practical experience in asbestos surveying and air-monitoring within the asbestos industry.

The Responsibilities:

Carrying out 4 stage asbestos clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurances, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on commercial, domestic and industrial properties.

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolitions surveys.

Supervising asbestos contractors on site.

Collating asbestos reports as and when required.

Liaising with the company's portfolio of clients as and when required.

In general, you will be an all-rounder, flexible, be well versed in all aspects of the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work on own initiative.
