Wernick Buildings are a leading manufacturer of steel frame modular buildings with contracts exceeding £3m in value. We are now seeking to strengthen our construction arm with a proactive Q.S. to help administer contracts with knowledge of forms of contract and in particular NEC3. The position is based at our Neath office but will require travel to Divisional offices so the package will include a company car. This is a new position with potential to move to a senior management role.
