Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer - Financial Services Exp

Exp Key Skills: VMware ESX, IIS, Citrix XenApp, Windows Server 2008, Active Directory 2003 and ideally either experience
with Biztalk or WebSphere.

A leading insurance company seek an Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to contribute to
the strategic and operational success of the company by supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure for the
development, implementation, management, maintenance and security of the technical infrastructure.

As Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer you will need:

* Strong technical support experience covering the configuration, implementation and management of a broad range of
technical infrastructure components.

* Exp in the use of diagnostic, monitoring and management tools.

* Exp of managing components in a distributed network infrastructure to high levels of availability.

Required skills for the Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer position are management &
administration of:

* Windows Server 2008.

* VMware ESX.

* Active Directory.

* IIS.

As Infrastructure Analyst/Wintel 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer you will need installation & configuration exp in at
least one of the following:

* BizTalk.

* WebSphere.
