Company Background:
Eventful Power Ltd is an events company specializing in researching, creating and delivering industry-led, content driven conferences and training courses for the power sector around the world. Based in the City of London we are a small team, growing very quickly in this industry.


Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to work alongside the Sales Director and recruit delegates to upcoming events. The right candidate will be responsible for lead and revenue generation with KPI's at a minimum of 2 hours a day on the phone, sourcing 400 leads per campaign and making 10 qualified pitches to high level DM's per day.


Key attributes of candidate
The candidate must:
Have a positive attitude, be mature, work beyond whats expected and have bags of energy;
S/he must excellent phone skills- can speak clear, precise english. S/he must also be target driven, goal orientated and have a strong appetite for success. Being able to conduct own research within the market for new lead-sourcing and product knowledge is also vital.
Finally, being able to operate in a small business environment and to be part of a results-driven team is essential.
The role is mainly phone-based and
candidates will be given the opportunity to travel to the event if targets are met.
