The primary job functions include responsibility for after sale contract and reaction service to customers within the UK.
Visits outside of the UK will be required.
Job Duties:
Perform the servicing of standard, modified, and custom machines.
Perform demonstrations of standard, modified and custom machines.
Perform field commissioning on standard, modified, and custom machines.
Complete all documentation necessary to support the items listed above. (Expense reports, warranty reports, service
reports, etc.)
Provide telephone support to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Department cover during periods of holiday and sickness
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Adaptable to personal computer applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc.)
Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and motion programs.
Good communication, presentation and writing skills, along with the ability to travel.
Must be able to work independently and display sound decision making and problem solving.
Must display a high mechanical aptitude.
Two (2) to five (5) years experience in similar position
