TXM Healthcare currently have a fantastic position for a registered home manager in Essex.

This post will be for a new home that will be opening later this year in April 2012

This will be the latest high quality development home and will specialise in providing care for those living with
Dementia .The aim is for this home to be leading the care sector in providing exceptionally high quality relationship
centred care.

As a business they are looking at weekly fees of around 1,000 upwards and are seeking a management team who are able to
work with their development team.

The next stage will be to take the home in to its operational phase with the recruitment of an engaged, inspired team to
deliver exceptional relationship centred care whilst being able to put in place an effective marketing strategy that will
result in the home having a healthy and gradual fill up rate on occupancy.

They are looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager (RGN) with a proven track record of business acumen, marketing,
budget controls and quality assurance
