channel process solution. With a breadth of experience they understand how to develop, execute and manage business
strategy through a range of channel marketing programs, and they can provide custom technology solutions where
appropriate.
They currently have a position for a Marketing Account Manager to work with the Account Management team on key technology
accounts.
To be the first point of contact for a number of key clients
Providing an exceptional level of support and responding in a timely manner
Creating project timelines and assist in the writing of the Statement of Work (SoW) for projects
Developing budgets for projects including liaising with other departments to get timings for creative / development
requirements etc
Making recommendations and uncovering new project opportunities with existing clients where possible
Creating and managing job costings in Synergist and ensuring jobs are completed within the time allocated - this includes
raising quarterly/monthly quotes for projects and updating Synergist accordingly
Taking briefs from clients
Attending client meetings / taking notes / presenting program results
Attending & presenting at new business meetings
Creating new opportunity proposals & compiling investment summaries
Writing Program/Module user guides
Providing development with support with full system testing and recording findings
Creating and updating results presentations in preparation for client meetings
Ensuring timesheets are completed on time and correctly for role and any colleagues who have entered time for a specific
job
Providing training sessions for clients on TPG portal tools such as Pure 360, CMS and PRM Creation and dispatch of client
emails through the Pure 360 system
Making basic changes on the sitefinity system for clients including adding pages, changing banners, adding/amending
content, importing documents,
Running reports for clients, data management
Assisting the Account Director/s when and where required
Creating and maintaining weekly/monthly status reports for clients
Conducting/attending weekly/bi weekly catch up calls with clients
Investigating and Responding to Member/Partner queries
Working with Partner Agencies such as translation partners, briefing them, raising quotes, and tracking changes made by
clients and agency from start to finish
You will also need to be familiar with and be able to use Microsoft Office especially, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
and Viso if possible.
