A progressive Manufacturing company seeks an experienced Management Accountant to join the team. As a business it is highly profitable and growth orientated. Reporting to the FD, your remit will be to take charge of the day-to-day Accounts function. Specific duties will include preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly management information, costing and ongoing development of systems and procedures to aid and speed up decision-making. As well as assisting with budgets, balance sheet and profit and loss you will also work closely with production and liaise regularly with senior management across the group. Ideally you will be qualified CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting ideally gained in a manufacturing environment. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels in both finance and non-finance areas. Strong Excel skills are desirable. Excellent opportunities to progress in the organisation in the medium term are available.
