A small, growing, independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors is looking for an Accountant to join its team as soon as possible. The role will be based in East London and involve travel around Greater London and occasionally further field. The role will be split between accounts preparation and audit and will involve: accounts preparation for a variety of clients; completing and submitting tax returns; preparing financial statements; auditing a number a varied clients; providing tax advice and support; liaising with clients regarding audit and business matters. Candidates must have experience of working within a small sized practice. Successful applications must be able to demonstrate experience of both accounts preparation and audit, have strong communication skills, be able to work with a Sage and be happy to travel.
