Our client a market leader in logistics, has need for a MCSE/MCSA/MCP qualified HelpDesk/1st and 2nd line Support
consultant with at least 18 months of commercial IT support experience, in a large user base environment
* An excellent understanding of desktop, in a large user base environment laptops, thin clients and Servers.
* Microsoft Active Directory administration.
* Windows XP/Vista/7, Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2 and Linux.
* Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010.
* Experience Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Open/Libre Office.
* Management of Thin Clients.
* Citrix Administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience using IT Helpdesk/Support Software.
* User/training manual documentation experience.
* Mitel telephone system administration would also be advantageous.
A salary of upto 24'000 per annum plus good benefits is available to the right candidate, the location is ideal for
anyone living in the East, North East or South East of London as it is based in Kent very close to the Essex border.
