Conveyancing Paralegal

Leading conveyancing specialist is recruiting a number of conveyancing paralegals to join their busy and dynamic team.

Our client is an award winning conveyancing specialist with a national presence. Due to an influx of work they are
recruiting a number of residential property fee earners to join their busy and expanding, Manchester based team.

Any paralegals / case handlers applying for theses positions will need to be able to work within the Manchester /
Lancashire areas and be well versed within transactional conveyancing to include:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Registered and unregistered properties
* Experience handling a large caseload of 80 matters and working to strict KPIs, targets and deadlines
* Liaising with clients and referrers regularly

Any conveyancing paralegals applying for this position must have extensive experience using case management systems and
working in a high volume, targeted environment.

Salary is between 17k and 21k dependant on level and experience plus and excellent benefits package. For more
