Technical Author (Contract, Digital TV)
A Technical Author is required by my client in the South West of the UK, you will have strong knowledge of Broadcast and
Software.
The Technical Author will ideally have;
Software application and help file creation experience e.g. help menu / screens to guide users through problem solving.
Lots of Broadcast / Digital TV Experience
There are a number of phases of work in migrating existing help files to a newer version of the Software, creating
training materials, user guides etc. to creation from scratch of the former to a new format across the board. We need
someone more focussed on the end user, not on the engineering side.
