Our client based in Central Milton Keynes is looking for a Customer Services and Marketing Officer to join their company.
The position will be primarily office-based in Milton Keynes. The company offers serviced apartments in Milton Keynes
Duties include: Making sales, taking and confirming bookings by phone and email Resolving customer queries and
complaints. Building relationships with booking agencies and clients. Answering telephone and email enquiries about
availability of apartments Producing marketing material online and within office window with photographs and details of
available properties. Face-to-face contact in office with clients who making enquiries and checking in or out. Skills and
experience Excellent customer service skills - experience desirable. Must be warm, friendly and solution-focused. High
level of computer literacy. Excellent written communication skills - must be able to draft emails and letters to high
standard. Excellent verbal communication skills and good telephone manner Strong communicator Team Leader - some
experience of people Management/motivation desirable. Salary - 22,000 per annum - 38 hours a week. The hours are
10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break) and 1:45pm-4:45pm Saturday.
