Property (Leasehold Enfranchisement) Lawyer (Solicitor/Legal Executive) Shropshire

We are seeking dynamic Solicitors and Legal Executives for opportunities with a growing practice in the Shropshire area. Our client has experienced encouraging growth in recent months and as a result they are keen to expand their team.

They currently have space to accommodate a number of non-contentious property lawyers to specialise in work relating to leasehold enfranchisement.

The candidates we seek with be either solicitor or legal executive qualified with anywhere up to ten years PQE. They will be experienced in dealing with matters relating to leasehold enfranchisement, including right to manage; lease extensions, lease variations by application to LVT; Section 20 LTA consultation.
