German speaking operations executive required to work within the German speaking operations and sales team of an
outstanding tour operator. You will be handling groups mainly to the UK from the Swiss, Austrian and German travel
trade, as well as American groups travelling to the UK and mainland Europe. You will be working with clients and mainly
handling confirmed groups, but also doing competitive quotations. You will be researching special interest for specific
client interests and negotiating rates with suppliers including hotels, coaches, restaurants, guides and entertainment
venues. You will be building close working relationships with travel trade clients and suppliers and attending site
inspections and preparing and attending Fam trips. You will be operating all aspects of the tour to final invoicing. To
be considered for this position you will need to be a fluent English and German speaker and computer literate with good
geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe. Previous Operations experience of the UK and preferably Europe essential.
